A lot of fans are in town for UFC Fight Week.
So when the UFC announced that Dana White was coming to town to fight Chris Weidman at UFC 207, we were excited to watch it.
I was on the west coast, and the UFC had a lot of events happening in California.
We went out to see the fight on Saturday night, and we got to see a lot more of Chris Weideman than we ever saw him before.
Chris Weismann has been the best welterweight in the world since he moved up to welterknights to fight the late, great Tito Ortiz.
We’ve watched him compete with many great fighters and even a little bit of himself.
When Chris Weiser got his UFC debut back in 2016, I was hoping that he’d finally put his head down and fight Chris Brown for a world title.
I’d like to think that I saw it happen on Saturday.
It was a great fight, and I’m glad it happened on the night that Chris Brown was fighting Chris Weiden.
It’s an interesting situation because we’re watching a fighter who has spent a lot on his body in the last year and a half get taken down in a pretty brutal way.
Weidmann (23-4 MMA, 17-4 UFC) got his first UFC win against Brown (21-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC) by split decision in December 2016.
Since then, Weisman has been battling injuries, which have kept him out of a couple of fights.
He’ll likely fight again sometime in 2018, but his focus is squarely on the next fight.
He has been a very good fighter in the Octagon and he’s looking to take on Brown in the main event at UFC Fight Nights this weekend.
This is a fight that will likely be the first time Weismen will fight someone from his division.
We are excited to see him face Brown, who is a former UFC welterweights champion.
He’s a fighter that is going to take some serious punishment, and he has fought well in his last few fights.
We will be watching this very closely.
It is going be a great card, and it’s going to be a really interesting one.
We hope to see you in Anaheim, California, for this card, which is expected to draw a sold-out crowd.
