In the early 1900s, the Japanese tea growers developed a tea that produced a more complex and flavorful cup of tea than modern steeping techniques allow.
Matcha Tea Set (MTS) is a teapot that can be used to brew tea.
This teaput has a tea pot that is attached to a steam kettle that heats the tea in a steamer.
The steam produced by the kettle helps heat the water to a more gentle boil.
As the water boils, it is turned off and the steam is turned on again, creating steam and carbon dioxide bubbles that create the flavors and aromas of the tea.
MTS is a popular tea pot in Japan, but today it’s considered a waste product.
It has a lot of design flaws.
In this video, I take a look at the problems with MTS and the problems that are being solved by its inventor, the legendary Japanese tea maker Kiyoshi Nakamura.
